Our Methodology
Transparent, verified, and backed by industry-standard tools. Here's
exactly how we analyze your website.
🎯 Our Analysis Philosophy
We believe in transparency over mystery . Unlike "black
box" SEO tools, we show you exactly what data we collect, how confident
we are in our analysis, and what standards we use.
Three Pillars of Trust
1. Verified Data Collection
We actually crawl your pages and verify trust signals exist
2. Confidence Scoring
Every analysis includes data quality and confidence metrics
3. Industry Standards
Based on Google's E-E-A-T, Lighthouse, and SEO best practices
🔬 How We Analyze Your Site
1 Data Collection
We use Puppeteer (Chrome automation) to visit your
page like a real browser. This allows us to:
Execute JavaScript and see the rendered page
Collect 20+ verified data points
Analyze actual page structure (not just meta tags)
Verify trust pages actually exist (HTTP 200 checks)
What we collect:
📝 Content: Title, description, headings (H1-H3),
word count, reading time
🖼️ Images: Total count, alt text presence, title
attributes
🔗 Links: Internal, external, nofollow, broken links
✅ Trust Signals: Author info, contact page, privacy
policy, about page (verified)
🏷️ Meta Data: Open Graph, Twitter Cards, canonical,
robots, viewport
📊 Structured Data: JSON-LD schemas, Schema.org types
📱 Technical: Mobile-friendly check, canonical URLs,
meta tags
2 AI Analysis (GPT-4)
We send the verified data to OpenAI's GPT-4 for
expert analysis. The AI:
Evaluates content quality and SEO optimization
Identifies missing topics and entities
Suggests actionable improvements
Generates keyword recommendations
Creates featured snippet opportunities
Important: The AI is explicitly told about data
quality and instructed to base recommendations on verified data only.
3 Page Speed Analysis (Optional)
We use Google Lighthouse - the same tool Google uses
internally. It measures:
FCP - First Contentful Paint
LCP - Largest Contentful Paint
TBT - Total Blocking Time
CLS - Cumulative Layout Shift
Speed Index - Visual load speed
📊 How We Calculate Scores
Overall SEO Score (0-100)
Overall Score = (Geographic Score × 10 + E-E-A-T Score) / 2
This formula weights:
50% on E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust)
50% on Geographic/Local targeting effectiveness
E-E-A-T Score (0-100)
Based on Google's Quality Rater Guidelines . We
evaluate:
Expertise: Does content demonstrate expertise?
Experience: Is there first-hand experience shown?
Authoritativeness: Are sources cited? Author
credentials?
Trustworthiness: Contact info? Privacy policy?
HTTPS?
Verification: We actually check if contact, privacy,
and about pages exist (not just mentioned in text)
Geographic Score (1-10)
Evaluates local/geographic SEO optimization:
Location-specific keywords present
Geographic modifiers in content
Local intent alignment
Regional relevance indicators
🎯 Data Quality & Confidence
How We Rate Our Own Analysis
Unlike other tools that hide limitations, we show you exactly how
confident we are:
✅ HIGH QUALITY (80-100%)
Full page scan completed. 20+ data points collected. Trust pages
verified. Confidence: 90-100%
⚠️ MEDIUM QUALITY (50-79%)
Partial data collected. Some elements missing. Confidence: 60-89%
⚠️ LIMITED DATA (<50%)
Only basic meta tags analyzed. Consider enabling deep scan.
Confidence: <60%
